A one-day workshop designed to give a taste of Traditional Thai Yoga Massage. The day will start with an introduction talk covering the history, background and theoretical foundation of Thai Yoga Massage, followed by a practical demonstration. Students will then learn a full foot massage, some leg stretches, massage on the back and shoulders and some arm and neck stretches. There is an hour lunch break half way through the day.
